Our home away from Home
Staying in Maldon over the Easter Festival has been a family tradition for over 20 years now. Our first choice for accomo has been staying at “our home away from home”, Fairbank. You won’t find another service offering such impeccable hospitality than Jaimee and Jamie from Maldon Getaways. Whether you’re able to get Fairbank or other supreme properties available through Maldon Getaways when you arrive you will be blown away by what you find on arrival! Lovely victorian home
A beautiful very well renovated Victorian house..One of the nicest rentals we have stayed in.Spacious , comfortable and quiet. An added bonus was the very generous welcoming hamper with a bottle of local wine.We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights.

Wow what a beautiful, stunning property. Inside and outside. Gorgeous gardens. Well appointed interior with everything anyone could need or want for a relaxing weekend away. Very comfortable beds. Extremely generous provisions supplied in the pantry and the fridge. Great location, walking distance to town.

Lush step back in time
We stayed for the weekend with our dogs and some friends. What an amazing place - first up, the local produce & food hamper. Everything from cheese, milk, eggs, bacon, bread (a white loaf and gorgeous fruit toast), some local wine, mangoes, tomatoes - everything to make a beautiful breakfast on both days. And the chocolates from Cabosse & Feve Chocolates.... we stopped in there to pick up more! The yard is secure and dog friendly. Our two were kept entertained sniffing and frolicking morning & arvo. The house is stunningly renovated. Everything you could want in the kitchen. Comfortable & lush living areas, same for the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable, a pillow for every occasion, and bathrooms were nicely done. Exceptionally clean gardens were immaculately kept. Thanks James and team
Absolutely Fabulous
What a wonderful home Fairbank House is! A perfect escape from our usual lives for a long weekend. The gardens are amazing and being springtime, were showing off to their full glory. The gourmet hamper was a wonderful surprise. Jaime is a great host and made booking and accessing keys etc a breeze. We hope to stay again. Thank you!

Lovely home and location
We enjoyed 3 nights at Fairbank (return guests x 3 couples) and had a wonderful stay. Jamie was great to communicate with and left a delightful hamper which we very much enjoyed. The kitchen is very well equipped, comfortable lounge room, outdoor spaces and comfortable beds. We will definitely book again in the future. Fairbank is in walking distance to the shops and cafes. Great location.
Wonderful house for a weekend
We came for the weekend “Goldfields Gothic” Festival and couldn’t have hoped for a better property. The house was beautiful and comfortable and the provisions plentiful and greatly appreciated. We (two couples) had a lovely break, enjoying all that Maldon had to offer over this weekend whilst also being so close to town that we could enjoy time at the house to make the most of the lovely home and garden. Thank you to host Jamie for a wonderful stay. We hope to come back.
