Rental Details:

• Rental Fees: Our competitive rental fee for the barn-style open plan shop is $200 per day, applicable from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Sunday. If you have specific time requirements outside these hours, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
• Operating Hours: Please refer to our regular operating hours for seamless booking. Should you require bookings outside the standard hours, don't hesitate to let us know, and we'll be happy to assist.
• Parking: For your convenience, free parking is provided right in front of our barn-style shop. You and your attendees can easily access the workshop without worrying about parking arrangements.

Rules and Considerations:

To maintain a harmonious environment for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following rules:

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of our barn-style shop.
• Cleanliness: We value cleanliness and request that the venue be left in the same pristine condition it was found.
• Waste Disposal: To promote sustainability, we encourage proper waste disposal. All waste must be placed in the designated bins, following recycling guidelines.
• Cleaning Fee: Failure to leave the space as hired will incur a $75 cleaning fee.
• No Age Restrictions: Our barn-style open plan shop welcomes participants of all ages, making it an inclusive and family-friendly venue.

• Amenities such as WiFi, chairs, and tables are provided to ensure a comfortable and productive workshop experience.
