Parker Lodge is a dog friendly, two-bedroom country home with a large, fully fenced garden, situated a convenient 10 minute stroll from the Maldon town centre.

Enjoy a relaxing time away in this spacious home with fully equipped open plan kitchen, living and dining areas, and including TV, DVD player and Wii along with a selection of board games, books, DVDs and Wii Games.

In the cooler months, curl up on a comfy leather couch in front of the open fireplace; in the warmer months, relax on the garden deck and enjoy a BBQ.

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with electric blanket and quality linen, with direct access to a central bathroom and French doors opening to the deck.

The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed with electric blanket and quality linen, and large windows with garden views.

We had a lovely stay in Maldon! Jamie was quick to respond and very friendly. He made sure the house was toasty warm for when we arrived late at night. The decking is beautiful and we enjoyed breakfast in the sun both days we were there. It’s only a couple of mins drive into the centre of town. We would definitely stay again.

This was our second experience with a Maldon Getaways pet friendly property and once again, it was faultless. Parker Lodge is a beautiful home and the open fire place a real treat, especially on a cold rainy day. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, very effective black out curtains, good shower and a spa! Plenty of comfy chairs outside to enjoy the winter sun. And an easy 12 minute walk to the main street. We couldn't have asked for more for our much needed break. Thanks to Kate and Naomi for your lovely home, and a special mention to Jamie who, again, was a great host.

The Parker Lodge is a lovely place and the rooms are so comfortable, Jamie was so kind showing us tips and local things to see and do, the house is sparkling clean and the air con is so wonderful in this extreme hot days! thanks again! :)

Home away from home

Parker Lodge is a home away from home; it is set in a nice quiet street not far from the main town, We found it very comfortable with everything we needed to just relax and enjoy ourselves. We enjoyed a magnificent fireplace on the chilly nights plus it has an inverter heating system which we used during the day. It also has good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. We will most definitely be back to this very cosy cottage. We cannot fault the cottage and highly recommend it to anyone.
